Goergen-Mackwirth has two plasma arc cutting systems for supplimenting the fabrication process. While the brunt of our "heavy" cutting takes place on our 8' by 24' table (3" material thickness capacity), we are particularly proud of our high-definition table, which is used for small to medium intricate parts/pieces where tight tolerances are required.

Our HyDefinition plasma arc cutting system (model HD3070), manufactured by Hypertherm, includes the following:

• Cutting for: mild steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum
• 3-axis digital control with importing capabilities (.DXF CAD files)
• Built in Shape Library for expediting job times
• 100-amp adjustable power supply for metals up to ½" thick
• 5' by 10' bed
